The  and Repairing Your Body

To give you the E Shot™ we take a small amount of blood from your body and  undertake a number of highly sophisticated processes creating amazing regenerative powers.
When this is done, we inject it into your penile tissues.

Why our clients report E Shot™ as being
far more potent than the P-Shot ?

So, what are the main difference between the E-shot and the
P-Shot?

The P-Shot or Priapus shot (Priapus named after the Greek god of procreation) was first developed in America by Dr Charles Runel and is a well-established medical procedure around the world. The P-Shot and E-shot both follow the same principles of extracting a patient's blood into a specialist tube and spinning it in a centrifuge at 2400 reps per minute for 10 minutes

The centrifuging separates the blood into different layers of white blood cells, red blood cells and a 1% layer which is the Platelet Rich Plasma.

This Platelet Rich Plasma is the most powerful natural material from your ‘life blood'. When injected in any area of your body that is injured or nonperforming, it will immediately accelerate the regenerative and healing process.

Whilst for many years the P shot has been used for Erectile Dysfunction and as a Sexual Boost, the E-shot undergoes a significantly enhanced process, to increase potency through:

  • Pain free shockwave therapy on the penis, imitates an injury and attracts stem cells to the penis.
  • The Platelet Rich Plasma goes through an advanced Photoactivation process to activate the Mitochondria, growth factors and exosomes.
  • Post injection, Extra Corporeal Magnetic Transduction therapy is used to speed up the passing of nutrients between cells and improving the success rate.
  • The E shot can also be used to enhance Peyronie's disease treatment for scarring.

FAQs

How Quickly Will the Treatment Work?

Every patient is different. We have had some patients reporting positive improvements and spontaneous erections after the first few treatments.

What makes you different from other Erectile Dysfunction shockwave clinics?

Firstly, not all shockwave technology is the same. We use Swiss engineered Storz DUOLITH® SD1 equipment which allows us to use effective focused shockwaves.

Secondly, very few clinics treat both the cause and effect. Many of our patients have suffered emotional distress because of the ED and other physical decline which has compounded the condition. Our programme has a team of experts that addresses these issues.

Do you offer a visiting service?

The vast majority of our shockwave therapy for ED patients are treated in our clinics in Richmond upon Thames and Knightsbridge. We have made special arrangements with Embassies to treat international clients and can consider special circumstances.

Can I have breaks in the 6-week programme?

We recommend that the programme runs on schedule from start to finish with no more than a two-week break where possible. If there are longer breaks in the programme, additional shockwave therapies may be required.

What does your programme consist of?

An initial consultation takes place at our clinic where you will be screened and assessed for the programme. Following this you will be scheduled for regular shockwave therapies lasting 30-minutes each.

Are there any side effects from Shockwave therapy?

There are no known side effects of shockwave therapy!

Will I be fit for work after shockwave treatment?

At the end of each of your shockwave therapy sessions you can immediately resume your life as before.

Do I need any preparation before a therapy?

No preparation is required for your weekly therapies. Prior to your first visit we will request that you provide certain information about yourself.

Is shockwave therapy for ED painful?

No, it is not painful. You may experience some mild discomfort and tingling but should not view a visit to MansMatters with the same trepidation as visiting a Dentist!

Why do people choose shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction?

Shockwave therapy for ED is the only non-invasive erectile dysfunction treatment that can give you permanent results without the need for surgery or injections. It is a totally natural method for the creation of new blood vessels and allows you to enjoy spontaneous erections, natural intercourse and a rejuvenated sex life.

What is shockwave therapy for ED?

Shockwave therapy for ED is a well-established non-invasive medical procedure that has been used for over a quarter of a century to treat a variety of conditions. A shockwave is an intense but very short acoustic energy wave, which travels faster than the speed of sound. Shockwave therapy stimulates the growth of new and better blood vessels when then applied to the penis.

What age of men do you treat?

We do not treat men under the age of 18-years. But we have treated men well into their 80’s to their satisfaction as well as to their partners.
